Description: The 1735 Grande Complication  - This is one of the greatest Super Grande Complications in the world. It is one of the world’s top ten most expensive watches.  The watch took over ten months to create by one Blanc Pain watchmaker master, George Schaffer. In order to have the designation as a Grande Complication, a watch must have at least three of the complications of a watchmaker master. What does NOT qualify would be a watch with only two complications and a power reserve.  The 1735 has six complications. This is the ultimate in watches. The watch is not a series of modules stacked up, but is a true integrated watch. "Old School" workmanship and time-honored craftsmanship are in this historic contribution to the art of watch making.  Parts are finished to the highest level our industry recognizes and if there is one mistake in the detailing....the part is discarded and the process is started over. After that part is perfect, the part is installed and most of them are buried deep inside the watch and never seen again.  Display back, Side, Chronograph Buttons. 

The 1735 was created in the 1980’s by the great Jean-Claude Biver and Blancpain to be the ultimate in high complication.  The company committed to create only 30 and the last of the 30 has just now come off the bench in 2009.

The watch is in a Platinum Le Brassus case, 42 mm. The movement offers a Perpetual Calendar, Chronograph, Tourbillion, Split Chronograph, Mechanical Ultra Thin, Minute Repeater. This is a very rare watch and price to sell in this market. The condition is LIKE NEW in BOX.

Description: Audemars Piguet Grande Sonnerie Quarter Repeater - This watch is titanium and platinum, and is 39mm in diameter. White dial with sub seconds dial and applied Roman numerals and hour indexes. There is a button for the watch to chime on command as well as three settings for the chiming mechanism: Silent (only chimes on command), Petite Sonnerie (chiming on the hours) and Grande Sonnerie (chiming on the hours and quarters).  This watch is number 1 of it's kind and comes on a black alligator strap with titanium tang buckle. This watch took three years of work and over 1000 technical draughts. It contains 51 jewels and over 410 parts. This watch has been discontinued.

Description:  

Platinum Royal Oak City of Sails, with a gray guilloche dial and the Alinghi team logo. The watch has a forty hour power reserve and is water resistant to fifty meters. Limited to 50 this watch comes on a rubber strap with deployant buckle. The watch was accompanied by a model of the Alinghi boat, as well as a sealed envelope, of which the contents are unknown.

Description: Royal Oak Chronograph in 18kt yellow gold with a black tapissarie dial. This particular watch was so heavy, due to the weight of the gold, that the company discontinued it, and replaced it with the new 25960BA, (which the new list price is: $34,900). Description: Luminor 1950 Regatta Rattrapante DLC - 44mm steel case. It is a split-second chronograph, complete with chronometer certificate, that counts down the 5 minutes to the start of the regatta. A highly specialized model and therefore a real sailor’s instrument, not just by name, but also due to its technical content. The case of new Regatta has an unusual new design, different from the 2008 edition; the steel is no longer polished but blackened with a treatment called DLC. This stands for Diamond-Like-Carbon and means that the metal has been subjected to a process that makes it even harder and more resistant, in particular to corrosion. DLC treatment is much less prone to the scratching and streaking that often occur with other metal-burnishing procedures.
     The DLC treatment has also been extended to the three buttons, winding crown and lever bridge, the latter being the strong signature feature of Luminor watches with the dual function of protecting the crown and ensuring its watertight seal. Waterproof to 100 metres (10 bars), this watch has a screw-down engraved back.
     The dial, covered by 2-mm thick anti-reflective sapphire glass, has a black clou de Paris background: a close-knit weave that gives an impression of depth and highlights the two Arabic numbers and the stud hour markers, luminescent like the hands except for the first of the two chronograph markers, which is blue with just a tiny luminescent point on its tip. The tachymeter scale is imprinted into the raised edge of the dial, while the five minute countdown is also highlighted in blue, shown on the minute counter square.
     The Luminor 1950 Regatta Rattrapante has the automatic OP XVIII calibre movement, 13 ¼ lines in diameter, with double column wheel - distinctive elements of high-quality rattrapante chronographs. The rattrapante or split-second chronograph allows timing of two events starting at the same time, thanks to a second hand that can be stopped and then realigned with the first while the latter continues its course. The third button, at 8 o’clock, stops and realigns the second hand. With its polished decorated surfaces and levers, the Regatta movement also has official C.O.S.C. certification.
     The new Luminor 1950 Regatta Rattrapante has a leather strap with burnished buckle bearing the Panerai logo. It comes complete with a spare strap that can be fitted with the tool provided.

Description: Dornbluth 99.2 - in Rose Gold (RARE).  The watch measures approximately 42mm in diameter with a thickness of 11.5mm. The watch also has Dirk's unique Quattro Arret hacking feature (second hand stops at nearest 15 second interval when the crown is pulled) which is an additional cost option.  While the watch was originally purchased in the Fall 2006, it shows light use and is conservatively rated at "near mint."  The most notable flaws are small hairline scratches in the case and bezel area.  These are the type of marks that will show with wearing any type of yellow or rose gold cased watch.
