Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, merchandise must be returned within 7 days from your receipt of the watch, in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers intact and links having never been removed. You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning. Please note that due to their originality, any watches customized by Armstrong Rockwell are not returnable. Additionally, returns are only applicable to orders made on our website. If you would like to return your merchandise, you will need to get in touch with us by phone 860-246-9858.
Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hang tags and stickers firmly in place. No stickers can be removed, and item must still be sealed in original packaging. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. Any order that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (e.g. scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for further return instructions.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for something else, we request that you return your purchase for a refund, and re-purchase at your convenience. Please see below for return instructions.
Defective Merchandise: In the case of a defective item, please contact us at contact us page and we will assist you with your return.
Return Instructions: We recommend you insure it against loss and use sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit. Upon return request Armstrong Rockwell will provide a return shipping label. We request that you ship through Fedex overnight insured, obtain a signature on delivery, and keep a copy of the shipping label. The item is your responsibility until we verify it arrives at our facility.
Note that a "delivery" notification from the shipping company is not sufficient, as they do misdeliver packages. Only a signature from our staff, and a copy of the label, can be used for delivery proof and subsequent refund. Address your package to “Armstrong Rockwell” omitting the high theft word "Watch" from any packaging. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process. Any questions, we suggest calling the store first for details on our return policy. We want everyone to be pleased with their purchase but a watch is only new once.

International Returns: If you are located outside the USA, follow the same instructions. For customs purposes, make sure you declare the item as a “return timer” to ensure we do not pay taxes on the return.
